HILL OF ANGELS ABBEY DUBBEL

Developed in collaboration with the Keimling Genossenschaft brewers, this Belgian-style Abbey Dubbel is a smooth, malty, deep-ruby coloured ale that hits 8.2% ABV on the Richter scale. You have been warned.

The "Hill of Angels" name comes from the 1820's poem by William Wordsworth in which he translates the name "Engelberg" into "Hill of Angels".

Brewed the traditional real ale way using top-fermenting Belgian Ale Yeast, our Dubbel  conditions/matures naturally for 7 weeks in the bottle (with no added CO2 for fizziness.)
