Brauerei Sutton is an independent, small-batch, artisanal brewery set up in the old butcher's shop in the Engelberg valley town of Dallenwil in Central Switzerland.  Since 2014 Tim Sutton has specialised in hand-crafting premium, unpasteurized/unfiltered, English-style real ales using traditional English brewing methods/ingredients and the perfect Swiss mountain spring water.  In 2019 Tim went full-time self-employed brewing, bottling and delivering his beer with his Einzelfirma - Brauerei Sutton.  (Swiss Brewery #765).  Cheers!

I now have a physical beer shop under my home in Ebikon. I have an open door day once a month - feel free swing by for a beer tasting on any of the following days (parking is very limited so maybe come by bus No.26 to Ebikon Gerbe!).
